Banana Chocolate Spring Rolls

A delicious easy dessert that you can fill any way you want, wrap and roll and pan fry until golden. They Banana Spring Rolls with chocolate or dulce de leche are crispy and sweet!
  • 4 Bananas
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • Square spring roll wrappers, thawed
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • Dulce de Leche
  1. Peel and mash bananas in a bowl
  2. Put chocolate chips in a bowl
  3. Have a bowl of water ready to wet your fingers for sealing
  4. Take your spring roll wrappers and lay them diamond shape.
  5. Place mashed banana in middle of wrapper and top with some chocolate chips or dulce de leche
  6. Roll bottom end of wrapper up to banana and fold in sides of wrapper, wet top end of wrapper to enclose banana and finish roll
  7. Fry banana spring rolls in a frying pan in hot oil until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with dulce de leche or ice cream
